Jams
Our jams are made with fresh fruit, mostly local and seasonal. Cooking is done the old-fashioned way, in small quantities, in copper cauldrons. The cooking time is reduced in order to preserve  fruits' flavours and  texture.  No colouring or preservatives are added.
We have a few classic recipes but we love to passionately explore new combinations to create unusual flavours that will certainly surprise you!
