How do I create my customer account?
To create your customer area, go to the "My Account" page on the top right-hand corner of the home page, then click on : "You don't have an account? Create one now".
Enter the requested information. Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory. Validate the form. You will then receive an e-mail confirming the creation of your account. If it takes a while to arrive, don't forget to check your junk mail.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the "My Account" page on the top right of the home page and click on "Forgot your password? Enter your email address on the page that appears. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Has my order been processed?
Upon acceptance of your payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation screen for your order. You will then receive a confirmation email summarising the details of your order.
If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail folder, otherwise, please contact our customer service.
Is it possible to change / cancel my order?
Once the order has been validated and the order confirmation e-mail has been received, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel your order.

How do I return an item?
With regard to returns and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after delivery of the products and to request an exchange or refund, without penalty, with the exception of the return shipping costs.
Returns for exchange or refund are only accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, in good condition, unopened, in perfect condition for resale and sent by registered post. Products that have been opened, used, damaged or incomplete will not be returned or exchanged.
After verification of the products, MLC will refund the customer the price of the product as well as the price of the most economical delivery.
