General terms and conditions of sale

 

1 Preamble :

My Little Chateau (hereafter referred to as MLC) is a trademark registered with the INPI which belongs to the company Château des Grotteaux.

Mylittlechateau.com is a website belonging exclusively to the Sarl Château des Grotteaux, Sarl with a capital of 140 800 €, registered at the RCS of Blois under the number 484147368, whose head office is located 4 rue des Grotteaux in Huisseau-sur-Cosson (41350).

The present terms and conditions, which come into force on 1 December 2020, may be modified at any time and without notice by the company Château des Grotteaux.

For each order, the general terms and conditions in force at the time of the order shall apply, which the customer acknowledges having read.

2 Products :

The photographs of the products are not contractual. They cannot engage the responsibility of MLC.

3 Prices and terms of payment :

All prices are quoted in euros, including VAT. The transport price is calculated and added to the basket at the time of payment.

MLC reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Payment can be made securely by Visa / Mastercard / American Express.

4 Operation :

The order becomes effective as soon as the payment center  agree.

By accepting his order, the customer gives his consent to the use of the personal data he himself has entered. He may at any time ask MLC to modify, rectify or delete this information.

5 Right of Withdrawal :

The customer has a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item and request its exchange, refund, without penalty except for shipping costs for the return.

This return of products is accepted only if they are in their original packaging, in good condition, unopened, in perfect condition for resale and returned by registered parcel post. Products that have been opened, used, damaged or incomplete will not be taken back or exchanged.

After verification of the products, MLC will refund the customer the price of the product as well as the price of the most economical delivery.

6 Shipping :

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. Shipment by Colissimo is preferred.

MLC ships to Metropolitan France and Overseas, and throughout the European Union.

Expeditions

All delivery times are given as an indication, between 2 and 7 days depending on the destination. Under no circumstances can MLC be held responsible for a delay in delivery inherent to the carrier or to cases of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc...).

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package and products upon delivery and to refuse a package that is visibly damaged or leaking. The signature of the delivery slip by the customer does not allow any further dispute as to the condition of the products delivered.

In case of non-conformity of the order proven by the customer within 14 days after delivery, MLC commits itself to exchange the products concerned or to reimburse the customer. No damages can be demanded.

7 Litigation :

The sale is governed by French law. Any dispute or litigation concerning the sale is the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Blois in the Loir-et-Cher.

MLC's liability is always limited to the value of the product in question (at the time of the transaction), with no possibility of recourse to the company producing the article.
